The HK Army Zero-G Lite paintball harness is one of the most innovative strapless harness on the market. Featuring cutting-edge Patented Tension Control technology, every holster can be perfectly adjusted to fit all sizes of pods. The Zero-G Lite comes equipped with a 2-way adjustable belt system that gives a secure fit around the waist and reduces harness bounce.

The Zero-G Lite Strapless Harness is the first to incorporate our adjustable pod tightening system called Tension Control. Located behind the rubberized, lumbar support back-padding, the Tension Control system allows the user to freely adjust the Tension of the inner-elastic of the pod holster. The Zero-G Lite will firmly hold and any size pod on the market.

The strapless harness system allows you to insert and release pods with ease. The harness is durable, lightweight and incorporates compressed foam pod holsters, dual adjustable elastic waistbands (fits most waist sizes), removable rubberized lumbar support back-padding, and a clean TPR finish on the exterior of the holsters.

Strapless High Density Padded Holsters

The Zero-G Lite harness features strapless holsters that can be adjusted using the tension control system. The strapless design allows for easier and quicker access to your pods while you are pinning down your opponents with suppressive fire. The tension control system keeps your pods snug and secure so you don't have to worry about them falling out during those super man dives into the snake. Included on the outside is high density padding for protection.

Removable Anti-Slip Lumbar Support

The Anti-Slip Lumbar support provides great support and comfort for your back while bending over in awkward positions. This support keeps you in the game longer and doesn't leave you with back aches after a rough day of play. Removable to access the tension control system for the pod holsters. Simply detach it from the velcro attachment points and pull up to remove.

Center Back Padding

Back Padding is soft and flexible and will move with the motion of your body. Unlike other harnesses that are stiff and limit your range of motion, the Zero-G Lite harness will provide long lasting comfort for all day play at your field.

    How To Adjust The Holster Tension Control System:

    1) Remove the rubberized back pad to expose the backside of the pod holsters

    2) Pull apart the velcro closures on the holster from top to bottom

    3) Make necessary adjustment to all the holster Tension Control velcro closures as needed to properly fit and secure the pod being used

    4) Once all the adjustments have been made to the holsters Tension Control, test the fitment of the holster by inserting a pod in each holster to ensure the desired tension is applied to each holster
